How can you reach a human being at AA?
I've been trying to speak to an actual human being at American Airlines to ask some specific questions about my electronic ticket. Everything I've tried by telephone has been a recording - and I can't get my questions answered by going to their website either.

What number did you call?
When you call 800-433-7300, you'll need to go through several voice prompts. You'll say "reservations", "exisiting reservations", and speak your AAdvantage numbers, flight dates and so on.
But eventually, you'll get to a human being to actually answer your questions.
