Hotels close to William and Mary

Son will be at Baseball camp at the Rereation Center behind William and Mary Hall. Any hotels within walking distance that you would recommend?

Try the Williamsburg Hospitality House which is on Richmond Road directly across the street from the football stadium and the alumni house. There are also a number of B&Bs in that stretch of Richmond Road.

A little further west up Richmond Road is a Days Inn. Just a bit further is a Super8, walkable, but probably not if several trips were to be done. Also, the Williamsburg Lodge within Colonial Williamsburg, and the Governors Inn on Henry Street are both walkable to W&M.

I'm to Wburg several times a year; write if I can be of assistance; there is no X in my REAL e-ddress.

The Hospitality House is very nice. If you do end up there, post again so I can give you the shortcut to W&M hall.

How can you expect people to help ya'll if you don't tell us the town where Bill and Mary live. I mean they could live anywhere.

The Hospitality House (as already mentioned) is convenient but somewhat pricey. A cheaper alternative is the Days Inn (I think it is the "Days Inn Downtown") which is also on Richmond Road and very close to W&M Hall.
