Anybody know anything about the Best Western Timbercove Lodge in S.L. Tahoe

Yes. It is right on the lake. They have a huge beach - even bigger now with the low lake level.

Ther eis a great restaurant out on the pier right there called Blue Water Bistro.

They have lots of weddings there since they have a great outdoor/tent facility.

What else would you like to know?

I am debateing between Timbercove & Station House Inn, for 2 nites. Also what would be interesting to see in that area. Thanks

Station House has access to a private beach very nearby and is only about a block or 2 to both the Heavenly village and the casinos.

What is Heavenly Village

It's shops and restaurants and the gondola which is also open in the summer.

Go to Google. Click on Maps. Enter "Heavenly Village, CA" on the search line. When the map comes up have your cursor click on the little man on the upper left corner and place him on the road that lights up blue/purple near the end of the goldola line. When the street level view comes up you can navigate around the street to see for your self what's there.
