Hotel in the city w/pool

I know there's a hotel in NYC with a pool but for the life of me can't remember which. Taking two younsters who insist on visiting the hotel pool on family trips....

What time of year? The Mandarin Oriental has an indoor heated pool for winter use, but it sure is pricey.

There are more options (not many) if you are going in summer.

Here are more. With kids, I'd choose one of the Hilton or Sheraton.

TxTravelPro, your list needs some fixing. The Michelangelo does not have a pool. Neither does the Vanderbilt YMCA to my knowledge. I don't know what Korman Communities is. All the Courtyards in Manhattan have the word Manhattan after them (and there are 4)but the only one that has a pool is the new upper east side one.

To the original poster, many of these hotels have strict rules about hours of use for kids and some don't allow small kids at all. The best combination of family friendly, central location and moderate (for NYC) price is the Parker Meridien. Their pool is rooftop with great views.

Le Parker Meridian has a nice pool like the above poster said and it is indoors on the roof. (Nice views).
It is also in a good location to walk to Radio city, 5th ave and theaters.

Sorry for the caps, I just cut and pasted from a database.
It's just a list, so it is not that offensive... geez.
McLaurie, that is helpful information. All the hotels in that list have checked that they have an indoor pool in our database. I'll certainly follow up with those who have misrepresented the facility
The Courtyard is on 92nd street and it does appear to have a small indoor pool.

Doesn't the Sheraton have a pool only in one building or the other?

Yes, only in the building on the west side of the street. But you can use it if you stay in the east side building. Crossing the street even in the winter with wet hair is not a big deal.
