Hotel in San Fran with outside glass elevator?
Does anybody know which hotel in the Nob Hill district has the glass outside elevator that goes way up for a beautiful view? I remember it from a few years back, but don't know which hotel it was. Thanks

You are probably thinking of the Westin St Francis. It is in Union Square (not Nob Hill) and has the elevators that go up to the 32nd floor with some awesome views! We take all out of town guests there.

It was the Fairmont. Unfortunately it's no longer there. It used to shoot you up right above Powell Street but when we were there last October it was gone. They said it was taken out about three years ago.
