Hotel at EWR with free parking for 2 weeks?

We have an early morning flight out of Newark,NJ and will be gone 2 weeks. I was wondering if it would be more economical/efficient to stay over night at a hotel that offers free parking (since we are a couple hours away. Does anyone have experience as to where I should try?

I suggest you just google "Newark Airport Hotels" and check their parking policies. There's probably only a half dozen or so that are convenient to the airport.

We stayed overnight at a hotel at EWR about 9 years ago when we had an early flight to Punta Cana, and since EWR is not terribly convenient for us. We were able to park our car for a week at the hotel at no extra cost. I can’t remember which hotel we stayed at, it may have been the Ramada. Here is a site that may be helpful

Haven't done this in the US, obviously, but we have done it a few times at Schiphol. Always worked really well, and was definitely cheaper than the long term car park. I hope you find somewhere.

I was going to suggest the EWR Marriott but I see their published rates only include parking for 8 nights

I've done that several times, although usually over a week there is an additional charge for the extended parking. Still that rate seems a lot lower than other places. The Wyndham happened to be our best deal, but there are several which do it. parksleepfly.com is the easiest site to use and will give you comparisons of the hotels that offer the service. For an even better deal you might then contact the hotels especially regarding additional parking.

Thanks for parksleepfly.com suggestion. The cheapest hotel/parking was $221 with taxes vs. $150 for parking only. Decisions, decisions.

You quote the hotel including taxes, but did you also include the taxes in the parking only fee? I believe that can be as much as $30 for a two week stay as there are several fees in addition to tax. Just curious. But honestly 2 weeks of parking at EWR for $150 sounds like a steal!
