Aloha from Hawaii!! You will not be dissapointed if you choose to visit Hawaii. you can stay on any Island that will give you the best Hotel deal and take short inter-island trips to any of the other island for cheap (even just for the day so you dont need to incur more hotel cost on other islands). Dont plan too much just bring a swim suit and leave the rest to chance. The Islands are beautiful and who wants to spend their honeymoon running from one place to another just go with the flow and soak up the sun. I was on the beach for Christmas so you can imagine that October is great too.

Hi, I am a travel agent specifically for hawaii. There are not many all inclusive ways to do hawaii, but there are a few.
Hawaii does offer some all inclusive packages, not many that fit your budget as most will do more than one island, maybe not recommended for a honeymoon as they are mostly filled with guided tours, there is some free time.
There is a resort called the kona village resort in kona on the big island of hawaii which is almost "all inclusive" meaning you get your room/meals however alcohol is not included, but you can use things boogie board, surf boards, snorkel equipment, they have a luau on their property which they are going to start charging a minimal charge to go to.
Or Cruises are pretty much all inclusive and you could more than likely get a 7 day cruise for your budget with airfare. Meals are included on the cruises and they stop in kauai, maui, the big island. They begin and end on oahu.
Depending on where you are coming from you could probably get air/hotel/car for that budget or probably even less. October is a less expensive time to travel to hawaii so you got that going for you.
I would suggest using a travel professional that knows hawaii as it is a unique destination and not an easy one to do on your own!

yes that is true with the sodas at the meals, however we had a conference call with the director of leisure sales and she told us they have a refrigerator in "hale" that they will stock daily for you with soda, juice, water. Your room has a coffeemaker and also replenished coffee. That is pretty normal except for oahu. Be aware that on Oahu many hotels will charge you for the coffee in the room! Make sure you pay attention to the signs in the rooms.

Just following up on old posts...
We ended up staying at Bucuti and really loved it. There are not a ton of "day trips" in Aruba, but plenty of great things to do.
One of our favorite things was renting a Jeep and going off-roading on the other side of the island. We also stopped off at a random beach to go snorkeling and that was great too since it was all on our own.
Aruba is a laid-back island that is not pretentious. The city is not beautiful at all and is actually kind of dumpy, but all in all, we had a gorgeous beach and a beautiful honeymoon. I highly recommend going there!
