My husband and I love Hilton Head. We usually stay at the Westin on Port Royal Plantation. There is tons to do on the island. We just love going to the beach and playing golf or tennis. At night it is fun to go to Shelter Cove or HarborTown. They both have fireworks on certain nights. Coligny Plaza also has some fun restaurants and shops. There are also miniature golf places everywhere. It is also fun to rent a boat or have someone take you out. We went out for a sunset cruise and saw dolphins and shrimpboats. It was tons of fun! I forgot the name of the company that took us out but I believe it was at Skull Creek Marina.

You can rent bikes (from your hotel) and bike almost to anywhere w/ the trails and/or on the beach.

Take them to see Gregg Russell under the Liberty Oak, Sea Pines, at dusk. Great music cum family comedy every night for 20+ years. Shelter Cove has a similar presentation, without an admission fee to a plantation (Sea Pine charges non-residents and non-guests). They might enjoy climbing the lighthouse in Sea Pines and dining at Crazy Crab-great sea motif kitch. You can often spy dolphin in Broad Creek behind the lighthouse, or down at South Beach.
