Is it possible with a 31 minute layover to get from concourse C over to B or A by shuttle?

Why would you go to the Europe forum with a question about Cincinnati?

I would say that 31 minutes is cutting it way too close. If you have any delays on your inbound flight you are going to be out of luck. I've made a 20 minute connection before at CVG but my inbound flight took off a few minutes early.

You have to take shuttle bus from Concourse C. Most of the Comair flights baord there, so depending on the time of day, the shuttles are crowded. The shuttle ride is about 5 minutes. Then you will need to walk or take the tram to the other concourse. You will be very rushed in 30 minutes.
