Help from someone from Pittsburgh

My husband has a meeting at the Hilton in Pittsburgh at 8:30 AM. Would arriving at the airport at 7:30 give him enough time to get a in town in a cab? Thanks!

Hi. If he is taking carry on, there should not be a problem.
Baggabe claim at PIT always seems to be slow to me. Then he would have a problem. IMHO

It usually takes less than 20 minutes to drive from the airport to downtown. However, weekday traffic on 279 would probably slow him down, so do expect a 40 minute drive.

go to pitairport.com and ck out "Ground transportation section"...there are quite a few limos listed there...I'd ck w/The Hilton and see who most people use and see how much it would be in comparison to a cab....and have them waiting for me at arrivals...it would take 20 minutes if traffic is good and who knows when it isn't...but for some one in the know if it is backed up and they know it they can take you on an alternate route.....
