have you ever........

Hi,

I was wondering, have you even been in this situation before : After you'd booked a hotel room some time ago, and one day, you found out that the price of the type your room has dropped significantly (about $100 same quality). What will you do?

Call the hotel and ask them to adjust your reservation. If they don't, you can just reserve a different room and cancel the original res! The Comfort Inn Midtown in NYC once adjusted my rate 3 times in 3 months.

Call the hotel and talk to them. If they won't lower the price than cancel the reservation and go to another hotel.

I'm thinking the same way too. Well a hundred bucks wouldn't kill me, but it's nice to save that for something else. Thanks for all your answers.
