now, now, relax. There are lots of good things about the changes -- and it is definitely easier on the eyes.
Except for a few folks who couldn't remember their password when they had to re-log on to the updated site - most don't seem to be having much trouble.

Sort of "got" it now but I'm old and change is hard esp without directions. Had to really search to figure out how to come up with the old "talk" bds. But, am not really "swift" about computer speak. Must just try to remember "community" which I think is a really silly, unmeaningful entre into the bulletin bds. "Talk" was so much more self explanatory. Oh, well. It is what it is and we'll go on. Just glad I figured it out bcs Fodors has been so helpful. No more whining, maybe!

Yes, irish, you need to figure out how to add the Talk site to your list of favorites--in other words, bookmark it, so you can reach it with one click instead of navigating from Fodor's home page. When you are on the page for the forum you like, click on the "+" sign that should appear somewhere along the top margin of your web browser. Next time you return to your browswr, open the list of Favorites by clicking on it, and there it wil be.
(Specifics will vary depending on which browser you're using, but you get the idea.)
