Has anyone stayed at The Bellagio in a Tower Deluxe Room?
I know that the Tower deluxe room are on a corner with windows and views on 2 sides.
It's only a little more that the Deluxe room with a water view.
Is it worth it? which end of the hotel wil offer the best view?
Thanks

Dick,
Having only stayed in the villas at the Bellagio, I can only tell you what I've heard. It is my understanding that those corner rooms are more spacious than the regular deluxe rooms.
Personally, I like a fairly spacious room so I am willing to spend a bit more to attain one. I would give the hotel a call and ask in what way the Tower deluxe room differs from the normal deluxe (other than the view and windows, of course). Once you have that info, then--as Linda said--you can decide what attributes are most important to you and weigh them against cost and time you think you might actually spend in the room.
Good luck.

I have NEVER heard of any "Tower Deluxe Room" at the Bellagio! It's either the standard room or the next category up, which is the corner Salon Suite. However, I HAVE heard of "Tower Rooms" at the Mirage. Are you sure you aren't getting these two places mixed up?

If the price means nothing to you, go for it! The hotel is great, and if you like the view (which we do) get as much of it as you can!
I loved standing there in the evening, before we went down to dinner, and watching the fountains and the lights on the strip.
Have fun!

I've stayed in both a standard deluxe and a corner deluxe room, which sounds like the tower deluxe room. The corner room (not a corner suite) was bigger and very light, because of the extra windows. It also had a huge window in the bathroom, so you could lie in the bath and watch the Strip - we were on a high floor so they couldn't watch back! On the downside, because they are at the ends of each arm of the hotel "Y", the corner rooms are a longish walk from the elevators. They are nicer than a normal deluxe room though, especially as we got a free upgrade, just ask at check in.

How very strange! There was no "Tower Deluxe" category when I stayed there a few years ago! The only rooms in the corner were the Salon Suites, which are very large, open rooms (no separate bedroom) measuring around 850 sq. ft.! Ruth, were you facing the strip or the mountains?
