Hanauma Bay - Has anyone used Dr. K Tours - Adventure Shuttle?

I have an entertainment coupon for a hotel shuttle pick-up and snorkel equipment at Hanauma Bay for this company. Has anyone used it? I can't seem to find any reviews.

Thanks!

Have you checked with your hotel to see if they provide or recommend a shuttle?

I know The Bus will deliver there, but I've not taken it. We usually rent a car.

Do make sure you have a reputable shuttle, as another couple in our party (who didn't have a car) were stood up for this particular adventure.

I looked in my 2005 issue of Hawaii Revealed. This one is not mentioned. However, they do mention Tommy's Tours (373-5060).
"They pick you up at your Waikiki hotel & include the snorkel gear for $15 per person, reservations required".

I also googled the name & came up with one questionable Trip Advisor review.

It's a pretty easy bus ride to Hanauma Bay, and if memory serves, they rent snorkel gear there.

Consider renting a car. It's an easy drive to Hanauma Bay, and there is beautiful scenery just beyond it toward Waimanalo. Depending on the time of the year, you can watch world-class body surfing at Sandy Beach and Makapu'u Beach. You can also make a stop at "From Here to Eternity Beach" (where the love scene was filmed). Be aware of strong currents!
