Oh, and Connie, in those very moralistic countries, they don't have to worry about unmarried pregnant women. Their fathers and brothers just stone the girls to death. No need for an abortion at all! Yes, you really need to go there!

Why would Connie need to go there? If the so-called Christian Coalition gets their way, they'll bring that mentality/(so-called)morality here! Ooops, they did get their way.

Dear xxx,
Too bad you weren't aborted...... just kidding!!!!!!!

Abortion is all about killing babies, you swine. I wonder why Mother Theresa is on my side and Bob Guccione is on your side?

Mother Theresa is dead shmuck.
Maybe you're sister should go out tonight and get gang-raped by a bunch of scumbags. I'd then like to hear you and her drop to your knees and thank God, and the democrats, that abortion is legal. Or perhaps you're one of those people who believe that it's ok in certain circumstances. In frail voice, "that's not killing a baby because she was raped." in strong voice, "you over there! you 19 year-old college student who will have to drop out of school and take a minimum wage job to eak out a living as a single mom! you can't have an abortion. that's murrrrrrdddeeeerrrr!!"

There you have it. The whole of national discourse reduced to one single hot-button issue that you can't even discuss calmly. Who ever said abortion is a happy outcome for anyone? Do you even know me? No, you don't care, you just want to demonize anyone and everyone. May God forgive you.

Whatever happened to The Ten Commandments and living a moral and just life. When you morally depraved die where do you think you are going? It isn't going to be Heaven! I would be very afraid!

I'm afraid, very afraid. And, oh, by the way I see dead people. Anyway, with that out of the way...I am a Gore supporter. I mean who else can have raised thousands of dollars from Chinese monks that took a life long oath of poverty? Was it illegal? Ask the 25 people that were indicted, 12 convicted, 25 who pleaded the fifth, and the 18 that fled the country. Who else can say "every vote counts" , then turn right around and try to have as many military absentee votes thrown out as possible? Who else could call himself an enviromentalist and then allow numerous companies to perform large mining operations for zinc from land he owns, , pollute the local population's drinking water supply in the process, and collect a half million dollars? And who else would have been smart enough to invent the internet? Al Gore is my hero.

Great book to get for the drive - "Eat your way across america" focuses on the little joints and out of the way home cookin you can find as you cross this great land of ours. We did it last June and it took us 10 days with three stop off days so you should be able to do it in 6 I would think. We were driving moving trucks and averaging 600 miles or so a day.

I just love watching you stupid Americans tear each other apart. Name-calling, b-slapping, suing each other over hangnails...why did I even bother trying to sabotage the free world? What a waste of ammunition. I should have just laid low and let you do my work for me. The whole rest of the world watching "democracy in action"---bwwaahahaha! Thanks so much...see you when you get here!

As usual, the right-wingers have all cornered the market on overwrought rhetoric, overheated name-calling, and over-stuffed self-righteous nattering, with specious logic, dubious "facts," and a lot of ad hominem and ad feminem attack mentality. (And they probably figure those Latin phrases have to do with gender politics and sexuality, too.)

Well, consider what I, Nostradamus, wrote in 1555:

"Come the millennium, month 12,
In the home of greatest power,
The village idiot will come forth
To be acclaimed the leader."

hahahaha. abortion = bad? capital punishment = good?
never understood that.

You so called Christians are hypocrites. What I remember from sunday school was you're not suppose to judge your enemies for one. And then Jesus also told you people to not cast the first stone because we all have sins. And no Capital punishment is not a deterant, Texas has crazy crime, capital punishment doesn't help there.

GUSH & BORE are both bad with the environment. W. just better not destroy Alaska with drilling oil for greed.

Wish Nader won.

I plan to go to the local Los Angeles protest rally on Inauguration Day and join others to protest not only the "appointed" George W. Bush presidency but America's pathetic and unequal voting system.
I realize that Bush will be sworn in on Jan. 20, but to sit home and do nothing when I fervently believe he was selected and not elected makes a mockery of my citizenship in this great country. To ignore the fact that thousands of precincts, mostly in poor areas, have antiquated voting machines that do not register all the votes unless they are manually counted makes a mockery of America's reason for being.

While your at it Mark, why don't you protest that thousands of people can't read and write in this country yet go to the polls and vote! And thousands more are high school dropouts, involve themselves in gangs, drugs etc. And, thousands of parents have kids and don't give a damn about them and don't raise them!

Attention Bush and Gore supporters:

Isnt it obvious that this election was SO close that whichever candidiate won, the other side could call them, "appointed" or "lucky" etc.

Bush people were upset about "phantom dimple ballots", and Gore people are upset about the courts decision.

DEMOCRATS: Many of whom I sympathize with...GET OVER IT. What makes you think that if Gore won he would be any more legitimate?

There is no such thing as "counting all the votes" or "an accurate count"

Dear Connie and agape,
Since you are so opposed to abortion, I hope that the next 11 year old that is raped and becomes pregnant is your daughter. Horrible thing that happens, but we all know that unfortunately it does. At least when it happens to your child, we will be all confident in knowing that you have the "compassion" to make your child go through with the pregnancy so it won't kill another baby! God Bless you for your thoughtfulness!

For the person that doesn't understand abortion=bad, capital punishment=good what about the democratic flip side. They'd rather kill an innocent fetus than a convicted murderer. Now that makes no sense. Just a thought.
