Grocery suggestions for Ft. Lauderdale?

Could anyone suggetion a grocery store in Fort Lauderdale that carries free range chicken and organic tofu? Looking for a Trader Joe's, Whole Food's type of market.
Thank You!!

I just found the Whole Foods on Federal Hwy. Is that my best option?

There is a natural foods supermarket that is called Wild Oats. It is located on Sunrise BLVD, in a plaza across the street from the Galleria Mall. Its a great place, a lot like Trader Joes.

Just for your info, the Whole Foods on Federal Highway is quite large and has a huge variety. I'm certain they would have what you are looking for if Wild Oats doesn't.

I've been to both many times, prefer the Whole Foods with its bigger variety, more prepared foods and cleaner appearance. LMF

Thank you for your input! We have both in Portland and I prefer Whole Foods, too.

Thanks Again!
