Does anyone have any on the Grayline hop on hop off tours? Is it convenient to hop back on after you hop off? Considering hopping on with the family(hubby and 3 teens) the weekend of Dec. 20th. any input is appreciated. Thanks

They have a website. A visiting friend told me the tour is something like $80 per person. That was a couple of years ago.

My family and I did the Grayline tour in May and thought it was great. The guides are usually interesting and funny. It's very convenient to hop on and hop off. If you need a way to see the main tourist areas of Manhattan or Brooklyn, I would recommend this tour.

We have done the tour and found it to be very convenient. There are many choices to pick from and they are explained on their web site. The cost for four could be fairly high and you may just choose to tour on your own.
Their site is at http://www.graylinenewyork.com/sightseeing.cfm

I really enjoyed the two-day all-loops tour, which I paid $49 for (with AAA discount).

Yes, it's convenient to hop back on, the ticket comes with a very comprehensive map; you might want to walk around and re-board at a different stop, no problem.

Yes, the price is $49 per person for the 2 day all loops tour.

Dress WARMLY!! Overdress because you need to sit on top to see anything and it is quite a bit colder up there than on the street. Hat or ear muffs are a must as is a scarf. Layer.

I have done the Grayline hop on/off tous several times when showing friends and family arond The City, most recently a couple of weeks ago. The busses run about every 15 minutes. They add busses when needed.

Have an excellent time in NYC!
