Good Eats in Cocoa Beach area

Hello,Am traveling to the Space coast for a few days in March & am looking for a few local places for casual dining...we enjoy good deli,seafood,pizza and bakeries...Thanks,Vicki

I like Rusty's at the pier (very casual), Alma's for Italian, and Lobster Shanty - all in Cocoa.

Also Florida Seafood (edge of Cocoa Beach heading towards Merritt Island), Frankies Wings & Things (at the port), and Coconuts on the Beach. Don't for get to stop at RonJons Surf Shop!

There is a very nice Sunday bruch at the Hilton. Be sure to make reservations.

And I almost forgot my newest favorite -Italian Courtyard. Very family oriented and good food.

We tried "Dixie Crossroads" after reading about it in either the Frommers or Fodor's Florida guidebooks. They specialize in "rock shrimp"-at least that's what I think it is called. It was fantastic. My whole family loved it. The atmosphere is very casual-kind of a of a "country" theme. It was full of locals which is always a good sign. I think they may even have a web site. When in Cocoa Beach, you will probably see their advertisments on the television. Enjoy
