Golf Travel

Has anyone heard of the Markers Club. They are apparently a high end golf destination club, but I am looking for anyone who might have experience with them before I think to seriously about dealing with them. They are a bit pricey but I figured this would be a good place to look for someone that might have dealt with them. Any info you might have on them would be great. Thanks

Love to travel and golf round the world but $150k buy in when I can take that money and rent a villa and play golf where and whenever I want for a lot less..
I like the concept but for me, I am not in that world..wish I was!

I know it is expensive but I believe that you get the intitial membership fee back when you stop your membership (with a bit of fine print there I am sure).

I did find some reviews on another site in case anyone cares(sorry was a bit excited when I found this so I just wanted to share). The link is below if you care enough to check it out.
