Try any of the well-known brokers, but be advised that only a person with good knowledge of the exact area your friend is interested in, can provide meaningful support. Since you don't seem to have any specific knowledge of individual's names yet, stick with the well-known "name" brokers. Frankly they are all about the same, and most of them don't really do their job very well.
