Ft. Lauderdale Dinner Reservations

We are going to Ft. Lauderdale for a long weekend. We will be staying at The Atlantic. I am looking for three dinner recommendations. We are 30 years old and enjoy fun/hip places as well as classic restaurants.
We will not have a car, so restaurants near the hotel or a short taxi away would be great. I would like one Italian reservation, one sushi or seafood reservation and something else fun. Thank you!

There's a shuttle trolley that goes between the beach and Las Olas.

Does anybody know the hours and days of operation and how far up the beach it goes.

I'm not sure too many people come here and not have a car.

That trolley will determine the Las Olas recommendations.

Hello,
We've been to the area before (Boca,Hollywood, Miami) and are not arriving until almost midnight. We will have three full days and three full nights. We really just want to relax go to the pool/beach during the day and then have three nice dinners nearby at night. We also enjoy restaurants with a nice view.

jallard;

Go check out TA. The Fort Lauderdale page is chuck full of info about Restaurants in the area of The Atlantic. I jealous of you staying at there. It looks beautiful. The restaurant right in the hotel (the name slips my mind) is supposed to be fantastic with views of the ocean.

Good luck and have a wonderful time. We will be there in late Nov. pre cruise. Were staying most of the time in Key Biscayne. Really wanted to stay at the Atlantic one night, but too rich for my blood, we got a great deal at the RCKB instead.

Do a search here for Las Olas.

A few of us listed quite a few good choices there. Many are high on my list when friends are visiting.
