Rant: my (once?) dear friend did not invite me to his annual bday bash, and I don't know why.

Rave: I've planned my next vacation.

Rant: I need another vacation, even though I just returned from a 2 1/2 week vacation. Thanks boss!

Rave: It's always nice to be home. Plus, I missed my dog tremendously! ((&))

Mimi, my thoughts are with you and your DH.

LoveItaly, I went thru lots of tests too and am now on the monthly B-12 injections. If I forget or miss my injection I can feel the effects of fatigue.

One year I went to Alaska and the last thing on my to-do list was get the monthly B-12 shot. I forgot. I ended up getting one in Juneau because I didn't want to spend my vacation all dragged out. It had to be done in an ER for some reason and cost $150 more than my shots at home. Yikes.

Hi jorr, I completely understand!! On one of my trips to Italy I thought I could go two weeks beyond my monthly B-12 shot, that was not a good idea. Stupid me, I should have gotten a B-12 shot while there. I was almost like a walking zombie when I got home. I will never make that mistake again. You were smarter than I was, but it sure taught me a lesson.

But having said that I was something like 5 days late getting my shot this last time due to family problems. I forgot to make the appointment. I felt so terrible for the last couple of days including feeling very shaky. Not fun.

When blood test are done the blood tests do not check for "everything" as you know. So I have tried to encourage people with problems to inquire if a B-12 test has been done and if not to get one.

Take care jorr, and have a good weekend!

Rant: Computer problems, causing me to be WAY behind in all the posts!

....go away for a week and all heck breaks loose...glad you two 'badies' are back though!!

laurenzo: Do start with the wine exercises, for the anesthesia, and then reach up and wave to all your buds or reach up and point to the various sights around town...or get up and do that dance with the pointer move ( what's that called??)
I can't think of a more fun way to do rehab than to do the above!
