I'm praying for you and your dh, CAPH52, and for the others here with health difficulties.

Rave: our new puppy, Daisy, came home today. She's a 3mo Australian Shepherd mix that we found at the animal shelter. 9 1/2 yo ds has been wanting a dog for a few months, and so far things are going well. She has a nice personality and basic training is going well so far!

CAPH52, I too will be praying for you and your DH. Always remember that nothing is impossible between God working with Medical Science - there are amazing miracles each and every day. Hang in there and do keep us posted.

RAVE: Reading here about the many older kids (teens, college aged kids) who still love to travel with their parents! (ours too!)

RANT: Boring business meetings. Why can't they be held in exciting places discussed here on fodors??
