Artlover---which dogparks do you like? We have one we like (Luther Burbank) but it's always nice to have alternates when we're out and about with the pup. Thanks.
(Just hope red_dog doesn't show up).

I've lived in Seattle for decades, and have been to every state in the union, and I just read every post in this thread that I could stand.
First conclusion is that Red Dog is indeed the troll he's been made out to be.
"no doubt the best (scenery and nature) in the nation" is one of his doozy's...
Again, surely the mark of a practicing troll.
Somebody else spoke of Duluth in the same breath as Seattle for weather??? That was faaaaaaaar-fetched.
The mosquitoes alone (a product of climate) don't need help from hot summers and frigid winters to tilt that in favor of Seattle.
I just checked www.weather.com and it is presenty 22 degrees in Duluth, down to 5 tonight, and that is with a "high pressure system" over the area. That's March... and just think of December and January there... and July, and August...
I've listened to lots of people in real life report on what it was like to move here from various locations. Most of them can handle it, as would "most" people who made the move.
Now back to your regularly scheduled rant session.
