There were NO bogus email addresses in the first 300 registered. That's because each email address had to be real to get a notice and then confirmed from there. But Fodors has never indicated any problem with using a "bogus" screen name. I don't know why people seem to think that Fodors is out to expose everybody or create some horrible web of mass spamming, just because they're trying to improve the site.

But yes, I believe by now there are a whole lot more than 300 registered. And by the way, it took a day before I got my notification of qualifying for a gift and asking for my address.

I've had to register for every forum I've ever gotten on. Why is this forum any different?
