I wouldn't care for breaking it apart. I would rather have all the travel info about a given area together at one spot, then to have to go to yet another area for US food, and still another for Europe food, on top of the US and Europe boards.
An extreme case of what I don't like, is the way that roadfood.com has different areas for almost every dish.
