Eating cheeses after a meal
Good wine and a platter of charcuterie (?)
Foie gras
Gyros and frites around St. Michel/Odeon
Briton oysters...lemon and pepper
fried baby artichokes
Italy's pizza...so thin

trying awfully had to think of something I liked in Germany...

In Greece, tiny crispy fried octopus
LAMB cooked on a wood fire...
crepes...savory crepes

I'm very easy to please...except evidently in Germsny

We fell in love with the Swedish shrimp sandwiches we ate in Stockholm. When we were back in the states, I had to get the brown dense bread mix from Ikea and make them at home. They are perfect for a hot summer's dinner.
