Flights to Kauai from Midwest in late Feb.?
I'll be flying to Kauai in late February for one week -- what should I expect to pay for airfare at that time, and when should I reserve?
My husband isn't the most fond of flying and would like to have a window seat for the flight. To help his comfort level. So, at any rate, I can't wait too long, for fear that the exterior seats will fill up. At the same time, I do enjoy the deals, but if I won't end up saving too much off what's listed online now I'll just suck it up and book now.
Suggestions?

We paid $650 flying United from Fargo, ND this past March (left on the 3rd). I had waited all summer for prices to fall. Finally got the deal on Oct 4th.
We also fly out of Minneapolis and I think the rate was about the same.
You can also connect in LAX for a direct flight to Lihue. We did that. It was great. Got there around 3:30pm.
