Oops! Going into Anchorage, down to Homer for a week; to Seward (really Moose Pass) for a week, then up to Denali.
I'm not a fisherman, but want to fish while there...AND do you get the stamps for Salmon?

Hi farm123 - you can get all the information you need on fishing licenses at the ADF&G website: www.admin.adfg.state.ak.us/license/. I'm pretty sure sport fishing licenses can be paid and printed online.

In Alaska you can buy daily license if you know you will not be fishing for a few days. However, if you plan on doing quite a bit of fising on your travels to Homer, you may want to by a 7 day license. Salmon stamps are an addtional fee, so to fish for salmon, you need a license & a stamp. I either get my at Fred Meyer's in Soldotna or the Safeway grocery in Homer.
