Sorry, I clicked off before mentioning that the NYC Police Museum in lower Manhattan is one of my favorite places.It is close to Southstreet Seaport and Ground Zero at 100 Old Slip. It is a neat building on its own.

I can't speak about the Radisson but I have stayed at the Salisbury a number of times. I have always been happy with my visits there.
