Fells Point Dining Tonight

We're driving down to BWI from Philadelphia area to pick our daughter up and thought we would stop at Fells Point for dinner. The last time I was there was as a student (UMBC) and really the bars were much more appealing at that time. I understand the area has been greatly rehabed since my undergrad days (late 70's) and would love to check it out.

So, long story short-any suggestions for a good dining experience for this evening in Fells Point. Money and formality (either way) not an issue.

Thanks!
Pam

Bertha's Muscles is interesting. Casual , fun experience. Not fine dining. Sorry don't remember any of the other places I have eaten at.

go to www.zagat.com

scroll to the "Baltimore" section. You'll be able to search for restaurants in the Fells Point section of Baltihole and find one that is exactly to your liking

Try looking on Chowhound.com, mid-Atlantic Board/ Washington/Baltimore.
You can do a find for Baltimore, or Fells Point, with the "find" on your browser. Lots of Baltimore travel reports there. We like John Stevens, lots of atmosphere, but not fancy. Also there is a Baltimore Magazine web site that has their best restaurants

Hope this helps -

Thanks all. We ate at Johns Stevens and enjoyed it tremendously. We started with their shrimp (perfection) and crab sushi (Bawl'mer). My husband had the crabcake sandwich and I ordered the crab pizza. Sounds odd, but was great! It had huge chunks of crabmeat, pesto, carmelized onions and red peppers.

The restuarant was very informal, but very good.

Thanks for the input. Hope this helps the next folks looking for a place.
