Favorite Shops in Albuquerque
I think I've asked just about every question possible for ABQ besides this one.
We are coming for Balloon Fiesta, so of course, there will be shopping on the balloon field for us. I am a balloonatic, so I already know about Discover Balloons in Old Town.
Also, in Old Town, we always have to go to the Cat House (best friend loves cats), Discover Balloons, and a silver store that faces the square (name escapes me at the moment.)
We are shopaholics (on a budget though!) always looking for a great place to buy jewelry or other souvenirs that will fit in a suitcase to bring home for our family and friends.
Any favorite non-chain places to visit?

How about food? There is a fun chile-themed store on Rio Grande just south of I-40 in the shopping center with a Starbucks, St. Clair Bistro, and St. James Tearoom. I think it's called The Chile Pepper Emporium, but I'm not sure.
Ooh! Ahh! Jewelry in Nob Hill - actually, there are a ton of fun locally owned shops in Nob Hill, especially clustered around Carlisle and Central.
