Favorite Restaurants in Key West

My husband and I are headed to Key West in January for the first time in five years. Our favorite restaurants from back then were Pepe's (best Key Lime Pie in Key West), Blue Heaven and for breakfast Camille's on Duval. We'd like to splurge this time and try some new places so I think we'll do Louie's for lunch. But I'm perplexed on where to have dinner. We're only there three nights so I'll take any advice. I'm thinking my favorite possibilities right now are Seven Fish, Alice's, Pisces and possibly Hot Tin Roof, although I can't find many reviews on that restaurant. Any advice is appreciated. We're staying at the Gardens Hotel, right in the middle of everything.

Very interesting to read all these posts that are a year and a half old! Lots of things have changed in the restaurant business since then. LaTrat has sold, 915's prices are high, Meteor no longer exists - it's got a new name and new food - Antonia's has sold. Though we don't eat breakfast much anymore, Pepe's on Caroline is wonderful. Turtle Kraals is still iffy.
We've eaten at Hot Tin Roof twice and neither meal was very good, but I've read great reviews of it within the past several months.
Santiago's Bodega is much more expensive than it was when it first opened but the food is fabulous.
We've only eaten at Caroline's a few times, but the jambalaya is HUGE, and plenty to feed two people.
We go to Key West a couple of times a year, and when we're not there, I miss it :/
