Pepe's , the oldest resturant in Key West, looks like a dive from the outside, but has great food and a really cute courtyard when you go inside. We were there in March and liked it so much we went back twice. It's near the harbor. The Cuban restaurant by Mallory Square had a great atmosphere (we ate outside by the fountain) but the food was not to our liking. Caroline's on Duval Street served a nice outdoor lunch. Turtle Krall by the harbor was a nice, very casual, place to watch the boats coming in. We just loved Key West! and we ate every single meal outside. (might be too hot in the summer to do that)Have fun. The Dry Tortugas trip is fun too if you've never done it.

ANY RESTAURANT IS GOOD! THE QUAY OR THOSE LITTLE PLACES OFF THE MAIN DRAG (DUVAL STREET) ARE GOOD. HOWEVER, THE BEST KEY LIME PIE IN FLORIDA IS AT THE ROOF TOP CAFE. ALSO, YOU HAVEN'T SEEN KEY WEST, UNLESS YOU RIDE THE CONCH TRAIN! IT SHOWS ALL THE THINGS YOU'D NEVER NOTICE! JIMMY BUFFET'S IS GOOD, TOO.
