Favorite Dessert Restaurant Vegas Strip

Any suggestions for some place to head later in the evening (maybe 10 or 11pm after a show) to grab dessert? I know Cheesecake Factory, and it's definitely on my list of options, but looking for others.

Would prefer a place that's not overly loud with live music, but otherwise, no real requirements. We're staying at Bellagio, so near there would be nice, but depending on where we are, would consider other possibilities.

I know about the 24-hour diner/cafe-type places at most of the hotels, but any regular restaurants open later with killer dessert menus?

Try the pastry place at the Paris. It is not the bakery (next door), but the actual pastry place is great for a late night desert and cafe! Their pastries are too die for and you can sit outside the little place (which is still inside) and people watch.

Cafe Bellagio has good desserts...not standard coffee shop. Near the Cheesecake Factory in the Caesar's Forum Mall is SPAGO, I hear they put together killer dessert trays late at night when they're near-closing, but not sure what time they close.
'Witchcraft in the MGM has some good choices for dessert if you're in that neighborhood.

The Chocolate Swan is a pretty good dessert place. There's a location in the Mandalay Bay and in the shopping mall, Mandalaybay Place. I really like their chocolate eclairs.

Recommend the lounge area at Eiffel Tower Restaurant at Paris. You can go without reservations and desserts are great(about $10 ea)--watching the Bellagio fountains an added bonus!
