Hey Jess..believe it or not but there are still millions of people in this world who do not own computers! Yea really! I guess they are just stupid and lazy right? Something else too...I work on a computer on average of 8-10 hours a day and the last thing that I want to do when I get home is go back online!

I see the travel agents and their friends are posting here again defending themselves.
Don't you people realize the majority of Fodorites here:
1.) Don't use or want your services.
2.) Think you taint the site.
3.) Have used TA's in the past and have had a bad experience.
4.) Are tired of your constant whining?
The original poster asked for help with a problem. She did not ask or want criticism or feedback from TA's.
There is a board on Travel Talk home specifically for you TA's.
Leave us alone please.

To the travel agents posting here: It is NOT ok to hijack a thread that had NOTHING to do with you in the first place!!!!
Joelle asked for advice on dealing with Expedia and you all jumped in and started preaching to the choir about how she should have used a travel agent. It's none of your business who she used! This forum is NOT for travel agents to spout off on. Fodors has a forum on Travel Talk Home called travel agents/tours just for you
Furthermore, any good travel agent who has established clients WOULD NOT WORRRY about on-line booking. They would do their job, take care of their clients and not spend half the business day posting here and wasting time.
The GOOD agents are busy agents and don't have time to waste posting here. Obviously, you agents posting here have too much time on your hands and need to either get in another line of work or start looking for more clients....
