Entertainment book

I am headed to Big Island (oct 26 to nov 1) and I found that the www.entertainment.com website does not sell the 2007 version of the book anymore. Any ideas where I can find it..

Did you ask for the 2008 book? I already have an Eastern Massachusetts 2008 book that can be used now.

Save your money, there's not much to offer in the E Book for any of the islands except Oahu; unless you're looking at room discounts.

2008 Entertainment books can be used currently. If you were looking for 2007 because you thought you had to use 2007 before Nov. 2, 2007, just go ahead and get the 2008 version. Only the expiration date is Nov. of the year, and the new book can be used as soon as purchased.

You can call them & ask if there are any 2007 Hawaii books left.

1-800-231-7283

There are many coupons in the free brochures that you can find all over including airport baggage area. These are almost as good as Entertainment Book for Big Island.

'This Week on Big Island'

'Big Island Gold'

'101 Things To Do On Big Island'

I have most of my 2007 EB Big Island coupons that I can send you if you have any particular coupons you want.

I agree there's not much in the book that can be used on the Big Island. It was great for a Maui/Oahu trip - but not the BI & Kauai one we took last May.

If you know the activities you want to do & who you want to use, DO search the internet for coupons. I found one for Kona Boys & they told me NO ONE ever comes in with it ( except me ).

Also, the place you're staying may offer some coupons - so you may ask if they do & what they would be.

One more thing, if you call for a reservation, ask the person you're speaking with if there are any coupons around that they are aware of. This has worked for us a time or two.

Often these are given to you at check-in, but I like to have an idea of what to do before hand.

I prefer not to have to be looking through brochures when I'm on island. I would much rather be enjoying the scenery!

If your place doesn't offer any, pick up the ones at the airport.
