Yes, Elaine does have a file on Paris; as well as files on Rome, Florence, Venice and a few other places. My versions are from a couple years ago. She's very good at keeping them current, so I'd suggest you email her direct for the latest version.

If you go into the Europe forum and do a search for 'Elaine' you can pull up threads in which she's posted and has provided her email.
