DVC: Saratoga or Boardwalk

We are planning to use someone's DVC points for a trip to Disney with our 13 month old in May (more of a trip for us then him). I am torn between the Boardwalk Villas and Saratoga Springs. My criteria are a nice pool (baby friendly), close-by restaurants, playground, nice roomy rooms, nice location and not too noisy. Any recommendations? Thanks!

We just booked 3 days at Saratoga. I had read that BOardwalk is nice but can be noisy due to people being on the boardwalk. There are restaurants, etc. The Saratoga has a really nice pool for your 13 month old. We are taking our almost 2 year old. It looks like it is in a quiet setting. It is across the lake from Downtown Disney.

We always stay at the Boardwalk and have never had a problem with noise (we go 1-2 times a year).

Perfect location as you can walk to dinner and catch a boat or walk to MGM and Epcot.

Babysitting is available and you can walk to the dualing piano bar for a date night....

Stayed at Saratoga once. It was nice - nothing that memorable. But the Boardwalk has fantastic atmosphere, shopping, restaurants and the piano bar mentioned above is a blast!

Definitely the Boardwalk. The location really can't be beat and it is a lovely resort. We've never had any problem with noise at the Boardwalk.
