If you want to have a ot of fun and not be in one of the bigger more well known spots (Vegas, Maimi etc.), go to Provincetown as Gene suggests. It's a small town on the tip of Cape Cod. Rich in history and in the Summer full of people just relaxing and having a party.

I always love that people make a point of saying that the heat in Vegas is August is DRY heat. Hey folks, anybody who thinks 115 degrees isn't miserable no matter how DRY the heat is, is just plain in denial!
