Area Attractions & Businesses worth a stay? Is it close to south beach (walking distance)? I am taking a cruise out of miami, will it be close to the port? Free shuttle?

me again, found another one, so which one is nicer and better located if we do not have a car: Doubletree Surfcomber Hotel Miami-South Beach, doubletree grand hotel biscayne bay or doubletree hotel coonut grove. I want to be close to the south beach (right on even better) and do not want to pay a lot for transportation to the port

If South Beach is where you want to be, then the Surfcomber is your answer.

The others are not in South Beach.
