It looks like our Canadian friends have finally caught up with us. That's OK, because this will encourage more Canadians to come for a visit. (hdm, are you listening??)

Faina, I'll bet you a Canadian dollar it is still much cheaper to get meds in the Great White North. But not for a Southern gal like me, because the cost of a plane ticket will offset that savings.

Since 1976! It's a sweet deal for sure. For travellers it's a great thing - lower cost of accoms, food, attractions. Should see more Cdns travelling south of the 49.

I remember in 2002 when a $600USD item really cost me $900CAD.
