So Canadians is it a good thing or a bad thing that today for the first time since God knows when our dollars became equal?

Is it still cheaper to get medications in Canada?

It looks like our Canadian friends have finally caught up with us. That's OK, because this will encourage more Canadians to come for a visit. (hdm, are you listening??) :-)

Faina, I'll bet you a Canadian dollar it is still much cheaper to get meds in the Great White North. But not for a Southern gal like me, because the cost of a plane ticket will offset that savings. (:|

Since 1976! It's a sweet deal for sure. For travellers it's a great thing - lower cost of accoms, food, attractions. Should see more Cdns travelling south of the 49.

I remember in 2002 when a $600USD item really cost me $900CAD.
