Discount Hawaii Car Rental
Aloha,
Has anyone used this site? The price I found was good, much better than what I've found elsewhere for Avis, renting out of Kona.
http://www.carrentalinhawaii.com/fleetinfo.htm
I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who has had experience with them, good or bad.
Many Thanks,
CT Lady

I have checked out that site and it still doesn't compare to a little searching on www.rentalcodes.com. It takes a little more effort to load the codes, discounts and coupon numbers but it works out for me, to be the best rate.

I've used them, and its fine, the reservation gets made at one of the national rental companies, which begs the question, how can Avis or National pay them a commission and they still have a cheaper rate?
I have saved money off of those rates with price-line the only problem being, the rental is prepaid at the time of the reservation, so if your trip gets canceled you are out the $$. Also you can't use your "preferred" number to have the reservation pre-posted

Thanks to everyone for the helpful information.
I made a resservation thru them and it was indeed cheaper than anything else I found at the time. I will check again though closer to the actual trip just in case some bargains come up.
