Dining Suggestions at Copper
Headed to Copper on Friday for four days of skiing. Any restaurant recs in the area? We've skiied Copper before but haven't stayed in the area (we'll be in an East Village condo & have a car).
Not thrilled with the cookie cutter look Intrawest has stamped onto everything but are there any restaurants not to be missed?
We've done Keystone & Breck before so I'd rather stick to Frisco, Dillon & Copper for dining. Thanks!

Try posting on the resorts board at www.epicski.com. You'll get more responses.
Husband and I stayed a Copper a few years ago. No memorable dining. I recall finding better, more interesting restaurants in Frisco and Dillon.
