I am not a statistician, but I'll bet the odds are staggering.
I'm just wondering if I do something like this, do you think I can find my old h.s. boyfriend? (I've googled him to no avail.)
Better yet, do you think this kind of system could be used to track down criminals? (Have you seen this guy? and a picture?)

Maybe I'm missing a post, didn't see it in the original thread, but there has to be MORE than just the bare bones to this story. I want DETAILS. How was the owner found, what was their response, was the person who lost the camera a Fodorite?

I lost my digital camera on a bus bench in Wash DC, across the street from the old US Post Office (the last shots taken), last Sept, Labor Day weekend. Anyone see it? There are lots of photos of the obvious places, but some of us at Georgetown University with a couple of students.Anyone find it?
