There are a lot of great restaurants in Detroit. The new casinos have upscale restaurants and there are nice ones in the RenCen.

I wouldn't suggest Fishbones. I know it had a reputation for being good, but it was awful when we went, and I heard afterward that it had gone downhill. The food was bad, the service was bad, it was was loud- there was nothing redeeming about it.
