Detroit seafood restaurant

Hi, I am looking for a restaurant preferably not to far from downtown that would serve a fine lobster tail dinner.

There are a lot of great restaurants in Detroit. The new casinos have upscale restaurants and there are nice ones in the RenCen.

Saltwater at MGM:

Iridescence

Alley Grille Greektown Casino

Coach Insignia is supposedly wonderful:

You can get a duet of lobster tails at Seldom Blues. I've eaten here and it is great:

Fishbone's has the classic boiled lobster:

Okay. Now I'm getting hungry.

I wouldn't suggest Fishbones. I know it had a reputation for being good, but it was awful when we went, and I heard afterward that it had gone downhill. The food was bad, the service was bad, it was was loud- there was nothing redeeming about it.
