Delta 100% mileage bonus
I just got this email
"Make your first Buy Miles purchase between August 1 and August 30, 2008, and we will give you a 100% mileage bonus with your transaction. That means that if you buy 10,000 miles, you'll get an extra 10,000 miles for a total of 20,000 miles!"

Hi Deb - Check the cost to purchase the tickets though. If you would buy 10,000 (equal to 20,000 with the promotion) it would cost $275 plus 7% excise tax. The price is .0275 per mile so it does add up. Probably a good deal for some, and not so good for others.
