DC to Candem Yard (BAL) ?
Staying in downtown DC on 4-11 and would like to check out some baseball. (Wash not in town)
Any suggestions on how to use public transpot, and rough time estimates to make a
7PM game?
Thanks,
Sam

There are MARC trains that go from DC (Penn Station) to Camdem Yards. If the schedule is not good, look at taking the other "Penn Line" MARC train to Baltimore's Penn Station, then ride the Light Rail south to C.Y.
Try this link for both the MARC and the Light Rail

It's pretty easy to get there on the MARC trains, but tougher to get back. Catch a train from Union Station about 4:30 and you'll be fine.
I'm unsure about the return -- you could cab to Penn Station and catch a late Amtrak or light rail to BWI and catch Amtrak or the bus to the DC Metro system (although it closes at midnight Sun-Thu.).
There might be a better return but I don't know it. Perhaps someone else can chime in. You can also get a one day car rental from Union Station ...

You'll have no problem getting up there on a marc train (camden line goes right to the ballpark).
The problem is getting back. There is a marc train leaving Penn station around 9:30 (you can take a taxi from the ballpark or the light rail) and an amtrak leaving around 10p. Amtrak tix are expensive though - around $20 one way. So at that point, you're better off just renting a car or driving.
Camden Yards is an awesome ballpark though.

Actually, they might have a special express MARC train (about $8 each way).
