I'm with yestravel -- once at Old Ebbitt was more than enough for me! Enough so that I'll skip the oyster festival, even with her rec.

I won't try to compare DC's restaurants to those of other cities. I'll just say that I've found more than enough delightful options in DC to meet my needs.
